This is one of my client's projects, which he agreed to showcase.
The mass-produced Ultra-Cheap Speed and Distance Counter is a device for cable-blowing machines and winches requiring precise surface speed and distance measurement. It's built around the ultra-cheap RISC-V microcontroller and a monochrome 2.7-inch LCD because the primary customer requirement was cost optimisation. It has an optional temperature and humidity sensor and a battery that is chargeable from the user's phone via USB Type-C. The firmware offers secure machine mileage and service interval tracking. It has an IP53 rating
